A new Global Sales Director aims to build on KSPTE’s successes to date and prepare the business for fresh opportunities.
As Global Sales Director, David Colton will take on sole responsibility for the strategy, structure and future direction of the sales function within KSPTE. This is part of a restructuring which will combine the company’s sales and marketing functions into one team.
David brings to the role more than 42 years’ experience in the cutting tools industry. His long track record includes may years working for tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. This was followed by eight years in European sales roles within KSPTE. Under David’s leadership, export sales increased by over 280%.
David describes himself as not only passionate about customer service, but also about cutting tools and developing better solutions and processes to keep customers competitive. He comments:
