Staying up to date with what customers want is vital. And it’s no different when it comes to our newly launched website which can be viewed at https://kyocera-sgstool.co.uk/. The new site has been shaped directly around customer requirements. With us supporting companies in fast-moving industries such as aerospace, medical and automotive, it was essential to provide features to make it as easy as possible for our customers to source the high-quality tools they need.

KYOCERA SGS’s Marketing Manager, Jo Defty, explains:

Asking customers what they wanted also led to the development of a major feature on the new KYOCERA SGS site – an integrated stock check tool. Updated every hour on the hour through integration with the our stock system, it enables users to check the current range of catalogue items. As well as saving customers time, the stock check tool also ensures that they always have access to the most up to date information about product specs and availability. Visitors to the new site can also easily access all the of the company’s catalogues and their mailing list and social media, along with being able to see videos of our tooling in use.

The new website also ensures that the our Technical Sales team is easier to reach. A dedicated page provides full contact information to allow customers to benefit from direct and personal support as and when required. Businesses will now find it even easier to gain expert advice and support from Sales Engineers with extensive experience and knowledge from many areas of engineering and CNC machining.
