Welcome to our new Finance Controller, Kasia Orzelska

We’re delighted to welcome Kasia to Kyocera SGS Precision Tools Europe as our new Financial Controller.

Kasia joined us in 2026 and brings over 17 years of finance operations experience, alongside her ACCA qualification and a highly commercial, strategic approach to leadership.

Throughout her career, Kasia has worked closely with Managing Directors and General Managers as a trusted business partner, delivering full-spectrum financial leadership across:

• Management accounts and reporting

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Cash flow and investment planning

• Audit and statutory compliance

Her appointment marks another important step in the continued development of our leadership team, as we build the foundations for long-term, sustainable growth across Europe.
