KYOCERA SGS to launch new online customer quote form

KYOCERA SGS have launched a new online quotation system for bespoke tooling.

The new form, which is available through the main KYOCERA SGS website, enables customers to quickly request a quote for ‘special’ advanced solid carbide cutting tools.

As well as streamlining and simplifying the process through which manufacturers can request tooling from KYOCERA SGS, the system will free up more time for the company’s Technical Sales team to support customers with more complex requirements.

The system harnesses KYOCERA SGS’s extensive experience of providing accurate, reliable and business-friendly tooling quotes for customers.

Barry Ward, Technical and R&D Manager at KYOCERA SGS, explains:

“We specialise in solving challenges on behalf of our customers in the aerospace, medical, power generation and motorsports markets. Our new online quote form will enhance this support. With the launch of this new quote form, customers will be able to easily and quickly request a quote for bespoke KYOCERA SGS tooling which exactly meets their requirements.

While our existing quoting system for bespoke parts is fast, we want to make it even more efficient and reduce the need for our Technical Sales team to go back to customers and request more information. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to continually improving the way we support our customers.”

While the new form will accelerate the quoting and ordering process, manufacturers can still rely on personalised advice and support from the KYOCERA SGS Technical Sales team as and when they need it.
